SHIPPING POLICY ( jewelry only )
Free Domestic Shipping: All domestic orders are eligible for FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail, fully insured with a signature required. Orders will be shipped promptly within 24-48 hours upon confirmation of the purchaser’s funds.
Other Shipping Options:
Domestic Express Mail: $40 via USPS Priority Mail Express (Delivery within 2 business days from the date of shipment).
UPS Overnight Shipping: $60 via UPS Next Day Air (Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, or end of day from the shipment date, depending on the destination).
International Shipping to Canada: Niani charges $40 for Express International Shipping via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivered packages typically arrive within 6-10 business days from the shipment date.
All orders are fully insured and trackable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Niani, we take pride in our excellent craftsmanship and are dedicated to meeting our customers' expectations. If you need to return or exchange your jewelry, we are here to assist you.
Store Credit: You may return your product for a store credit within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
Exceptions:
Discounted or special items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased in order to receive credit.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us.
It will take 3 business days (72 hours) to process and ship your replacement after we receive and accept the returned item.
A restocking fee may apply if anything is missing from the original package.
Return Shipping: Niani is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. For your protection, please return items using insured and traceable shipping.
Repair Policy:
If your jewelry requires repair or modification, Niani will assist you promptly. Proof of purchase is required for all repairs or adjustments.
Repairs within 6 Months: All repair costs (excluding customer shipping and handling) are covered by Niani within 6 months from the purchase date.
Repairs after 6 Months: After 6 months, repair costs will be discussed and agreed upon between the customer and Niani before proceeding.
Repair Timeline: Most repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks, though some repairs may require more time, depending on the complexity.
